What is on an enhanced list

Whole-state or whole-county tax sale overage files, not hand-picked rows
Owner / taxpayer names, property address, mailing address when different
Parcel numbers, original sale date and overage amount
Skip-trace notes when available (phones, possible relatives, obituary notes), marked unverified
Higher minimum overage per row, usually $20,000 or more
We do not recover funds or compete with you on claims

Common questions

What is on each line?

Owner name, parcel number, property address and mailing address, original sale date and overage amount.

Some lines also have skip-trace notes (phones, possible relatives, obituary notes). These come from a quick, best-effort search of public sources, plus any notes the county has. Not every line has them, and they are marked unverified. The grayed-out sample shows which rows have notes.

Is the surplus still available?

Yes, as of the posting date. We check each surplus with the county on the day the list is posted, or the day before.

What does “whole list only” mean?

You get the entire spreadsheet (an Excel .xlsx file) with every line on it. Single rows are not available.

How do I get the list?

Right after checkout. We email it to you with the file attached and a download link.
