What every member gets

• Never fewer than 50 new county lists a month, since 2011. Emailed Fridays by 7 pm Mountain time, often earlier.
• A list is included only when the county printed description, minimum bid, sale price, and overage — and at least one overage is over $10,000
• Post-sale only — not pre-sale flyers
• Direct from the county or taxing jurisdiction, never third-party data
• Standardized Excel list format
• Every sent or purchased file stored in your account
• We do not recover funds or compete with you on claims
