- Bonus leads (47): same county data, marked “no contact found”. They’re listed after the contact lines.
- Only surplus amounts that were checked with the county. Lines that need confirmation are left out.

We do a quick, best-effort search of public sources and add any notes the county has. Results are marked unverified. Lines where we found nothing are included free as bonus leads, marked “no contact found”.
Is the surplus still available?
Yes, as of the posting date. We check each surplus with the county on the day the list is posted, or the day before.
What do I pay for?
Only the lines with contact info. Whole state: $36.00 members, $54.00 non-members. Bonus leads are always free.
How do I get the list?
Right after checkout. We email you the Excel (.xlsx) file as an attachment with a download link. It’s also saved in your account dashboard. Not a member? Create a free account at checkout. No membership required.
Do you compete with me on claims?
No. We don’t recover funds or file claims.
What do members pay?
